Param Dhillon | Physiotherapist
Paramjot obtained a Master of Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Punjabi University, India in 2009. She has over 13 years of experience working with orthopaedic injuries. Her approach involves exercise prescription, soft tissue mobilization/myofascial release, patient education, and correction of posture and movement patterns. She is certified in Dry Needling level 2 and Pelvic Health level 1 and 2 (pelvic pain, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain).
She has taken courses in Mulligan Manual Therapy, Mckenzie Part A–Lumbar spine, Sports-related Concussion, Post-Concussion Syndrome, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain.
Sumit Gosain | Physiotherapist
Sumit is a friendly and committed physiotherapist who comes with a passion for helping people in getting stronger and keeping fit. He comes with a vast variety of experience of having worked in Canada, India and New Zealand, in both public and private clinical settings, treating a diverse range of patients including Sports injuries, ICBC and WCB injury patients, Motor vehicle injuries, Back, Neck, Shoulder and Joint pain (acute and chronic conditions), Pre and Post-Operative rehab and Geriatric population. Sumit completed his Degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2011 and studied Sports and Exercise Science from New Zealand in 2012. After living in New Zealand for 10 years he moved to Canada in 2022 and has been working as a Licensed Physiotherapist in Canada since then. Sumit is fluent in communicating in English, Hindi and Punjabi which enables him to work comfortably with a wide variety of population. Apart from work Sumit loves travelling with family, exploring new places, learning about different cultures and enjoys cooking.
Dr. Nafeez Syed | Physiotherapist
Dr. Nafeez Syed is a senior musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. To complement his extensive work experience both in academia and clinical domains, Nafeez pursued his Ph.D. from The University of British Columbia, further enhancing his knowledge and skills in physical therapy and rehabilitation. This academic pursuit demonstrates his commitment to staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, and ensuring the highest quality of care for his clients which is evidence-informed.
Dr. Nafeez is a certified Gunn IntraMuscular Stimulation (IMS) provider and uses this skill to treat his patients with low back pain, neck pain, shoulder, hip and knee issues. He is also a Level 2 Advanced Vestibular and Concussion Therapist certified by American Institute of Balance and specializes in vertigo, BPPV, concussion due to sport or MVA. Nafeez also uses Radial Shockwave Therapy, LASER Therapy, Myofascial Mobilization and Mulligan Manual Mobilization Therapy of the cervical spine and upper extremities along with taping and foot orthotics to help his clients with sport or worksite injury, or someone in chronic pain post-injury and motor vehicle accident. Nafeez has successfully completed all 4 levels of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) from Robin McKenzie Institute to treat spine and extremities and soon will be a “Certified MDT Therapist” to join the guild of the very few MDT practitioners in Lower Mainland. Nafeez is also pursuing his Fellowship with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).

Ryan Faunt | Physiotherapist
Ryan graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters of Physical Therapy, and has since pursued further training in orthopedics and manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. Prior to pursuing his career in physiotherapy, he completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. During his undergraduate studies, Ryan also completed a strength and conditioning internship with the Canadian Sport Institute in Victoria, BC, and acquired his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation.
He believes in an evidence-based approach to treatment, and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to create treatment plans that will help them to realize their rehabilitation or performance goals. He emphasizes an active approach to treatment using injury specific exercises, but also utilizes intramuscular stimulation, manual therapy, and education to facilitate improvements in movement and function.

WorkSafeBC Claims
Workplace injuries are usually due to trauma or overuse. If you have been injured as a result of a workplace activity, our team of experts at Legacies can perform a comprehensive assessment and develop a treatment plan to reduce your symptoms and rehabilitate your injury.
If your claim is approved by WSBC, your initial assessment is 100% covered with a WorkSafeBC Claim number. Once your claim has been accepted by WorkSafeBC, the full treatment cost of your appointments will be funded (within the approved time parameters). When you are ready, your physiotherapist will work with you, your employer, physician, and WorkSafeBC Case Manager to develop a safe and appropriate return to work plan. If your claim has been denied or is disallowed, the expenses will need to be covered by the Patient
