2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries
1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios or other nuts
Granola, Coconut flakes, optional
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Spread yogurt thinly
- Sprinkle on toppings – nuts, berries, coconut flakes, granola.
- Freeze for 2 hours of overnight
- Cut into chunks and enjoy!
